How to place your order:

1. Fill out the Order Form below very carefully and completely;

2. Notice that price has been discounted as you are buying in bulk;

3. Remember that kits are not sold individually, so for the most you must order 5 or more of the same kits to make purchase;

4. Stock must be paid in full prior to shipment. If payment is made by a company (or personal) cheque, your order will be shipped after the cheque is cleared (usually 2-3 business days).

Make sure that the purchase price is clearly detailed.
Specify shipping terms or how the products are delivered.

Stock must be paid in full prior to shipment.
If payment is made by a company (or personal) cheque, your order will be shipped after the cheque is cleared (usually 2-3 business days).

Errors or shortages must be reported immediately on receipt of goods.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will offer you a refund or provide you with store credit. (Customers will have to pay for shipping and handling of returned items.) Returns are ONLY accepted within 7 days of the shipped date.

Due to the operational nature of our business, customers are not able to pick up their orders. All orders must be delivered using our extensive courier network. This is a safety precaution so that customers are kept safe from any operating machinery.
